The Deacon Board serves in accordance with biblical order by assisting the pastor in meeting the spiritual and practical needs of the congregation. Deacons exemplify godly character, servant leadership, and faithfulness, helping maintain unity and ensuring that the ministry of the Word continues without hindrance.

The Brotherhood Ministry is dedicated to strengthening men in their walk with Christ through prayer, fellowship, discipleship, and service. This ministry of Christian men are encouraged to grow in spiritual maturity, uphold biblical principles, and lead faithfully in their homes, church, and community.

The Women’s Ministry is a Christ-centered fellowship where Christian women connect, grow spiritually, support one another, and serve God together. This ministry focuses on building a strong relationship with God, developing a loving sisterhood, and serving others through prayer, biblical teaching, and the use of God-given talents. Women are encouraged to walk faithfully with Christ while uplifting one another in love and service.

The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
Those that be planted in the house of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing. To shew that the LORD is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.
The Seniors Ministry is dedicated to honoring, encouraging, and supporting our Young-at-Heart, 55-plus members. Bread of Life recognizes the wisdom, experience, and spiritual strength of senior adults and seeks to provide opportunities for fellowship, worship, service, and continued spiritual growth.

Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers.
The Youth Ministry exists to train and nurture young people in the knowledge of God’s Word and the saving grace of Jesus Christ. We are a vibrant youth ministry where young people can grow in their faith in Jesus Christ, enjoy Christian fellowship, and build lasting friendships within a loving and supportive environment. Through sound biblical teaching, prayer, fellowship, and Christ-centered activities, youth are encouraged to develop godly character and live as faithful witnesses for Christ.

Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
At Bread of Life Baptist Church, the Ushers Ministry serves as the first point of contact for worshippers. Ushers serve with warmth, respect, and attentiveness, helping to create a welcoming and orderly worship environment. They operate with a servant’s heart, understanding that hospitality is an important part of worship. Ushers play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who enters the church doors.

Sing unto the Lord a new song, and his praise in the congregation of saints.
The Music Ministry uses music as a tool to glorify God, uplift the congregation, and prepare hearts for the Word of God. Members use their instruments and voices to serve with excellence, unity, and a spirit of worship, using their gifts to honor God and edify His people.

And the Lord answered me and said, Write the vision, make it plain upon tables, that he may run and readeth it.
The multimedia ministry works behind the scenes to support the worship experience by using technology to enhance the presentation of the gospel. Through audio, visual, and digital media, this ministry ensures the Word of God is clearly heard, displayed, and effectively shared within the BOL Sanctuary and beyond.

The New Members Committee provides order and care for those uniting with the church. This committee faithfully receives and ensures that all new members are properly documented, informed of next steps, and connected to the appropriate ministries and fellowship opportunities while extending a warm Christian welcome.

The Pastor’s Aide Committee (PAC) is a supportive ministry that works closely with the pastor to plan and coordinate programs and special events for the church. They encourage the pastor through faithful cooperation, clear communication, and preparation, to ensure all church activities are conducted decently and to the glory of God. United in purpose, the PAC helps strengthen the overall ministry of the church.

Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
The Sunday School Ministry provides sound biblical teaching and discipleship through classes for children, youth, and adults. It serves as a foundational ministry of the church, strengthening discipleship, fostering fellowship, and preparing believers to live faithful and fruitful Christian lives to the glory of God. Rooted in sound doctrine and guided by dedicated teachers, this ministry encourages active participation, meaningful discussion, and practical application of God’s Word in daily living.
